Editorial standards
This publication distinguishes official guidance, manufacturer specifications, and measurements a reader performs. It claims no test kitchen, bake corpus, tasting panel, product test, or specialist review.

Please note. Boccalone gives no case-specific advice. Food-handling, fire, gas, construction, and ventilation decisions depend on the current rules where you are and on qualified local help.
In short
Use current official food-safety guidance and manufacturer manuals. Label reader-run measurements with conditions and dates; omit unsupported outcomes.
Evidence rules
- Cite current FDA, USDA, state, or local guidance for food-safety claims and identify the jurisdiction.
- Cite the manufacturer manual for equipment limits, clearances, fuel, ventilation, and maintenance.
- Treat marketing copy as a claim, not a measured result.
- Label a reader-run value with the equipment, ingredients, conditions, method, and date.
- Omit a number when neither a current source nor a reader-run measurement supports it.
The USDA safe minimum internal temperature chart is the starting point for meat and poultry temperatures in the United States. Local health and fire authorities, appliance manuals, and applicable codes control case-specific installation and operation.
Safety boundary
Never defeat an interlock or use a fuel-burning oven contrary to its manual. Construction, gas, combustion, ventilation, fire-separation, and commercial food-service decisions require the current rules for the location and appropriately qualified, case-specific help. This publication does not provide clearance.
AI and unsupported outcomes
AI may assist with prose structure, but it is not a source and cannot originate measurements, citations, test output, tasting results, or product performance. No award, ranking, heritage claim, staff credential, or commercial relationship is implied.
Reader worksheet
For any recipe or equipment claim, record the source URL and retrieval date, or record your own ingredients, equipment, ambient conditions, timing, observations, and limits. Keep sourced and measured values in separate fields so neither can be mistaken for the other.
Corrections
Recheck the cited primary source and the transcription. Correct the claim and keep a dated note describing what changed. The corrections log is currently empty, and Boccalone does not claim a reader inbox or correction desk.
